Would you like to bring more joy, fun and intimacy to your relationship?

Looking for ways to discover or deepen your experience of yoga and massage?

Join partners, yoga teachers, and body-based therapists Sarah Ball and Nandi Hollo to cultivate connection through touch, presence, playfulness and relaxation.

Created for couples to explore ways to share more deeply, through

simple partner yoga postures, floor-based massage techniques, and guided relaxation. (The massage part is done fully clothed, and no experience is needed)

About your facilitators:

Nandi Hollo: Nandi has over a decade of study and professional practice in massage, human movement and body-mind therapies. He is also an experienced yoga teacher, disability support worker and healthy living enthusiast. This wide skillset enables Nandi to offer massage to people with a diverse range of abilities and health conditions. His skills as a massage therapist and yoga teacher have been included in trainings, events and retreats.

The style of massage Nandi is offering draws upon a range of techniques, including remedial, shiatsu, traditional thai, thai yoga massage, swedish, sport, myofascial release, cranio-sacral therapy, deep relaxation and trigger point massage therapy. The method is also influenced by yoga, Zenthai Shiatsu, breath-work, meditation and mindfulness practices.

Sarah Ball: Sarah has been teaching yoga for over fifteen years, practising since childhood, and regularly facilitates on yoga teacher trainings. She is also a qualified counsellor, art therapist and social worker, specialising in yoga for mental health, who developed the popular Yoga for Anxiety and Depression 8-week course, and Trauma Sensitive Yoga in the Illawarra. Sarah's programs are informed by extensive ongoing training in a wide variety of yoga approaches. Her classes offer a fusion of trauma-sensitive, body-positive, hatha, vinyasa flow, Vini, yoga therapy, and yin yoga methods, with an emphasis on the power of yoga to inform and transform our lives beyond the yoga mat.
